liboscpack-dev software package provides A C++ library for packing and unpacking OSC packets - dev files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liboscpack-dev
liboscpack-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liboscpack-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liboscpack-dev *
You will get with liboscpack-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
